This 10-story, mixed-use structure's purpose is to provide a self-contained destination for Hasidic weddings and their parties while providing all of the amenities and services needed to support their specific religious and community traditions. This facility includes a range of event spaces, food service, and retail so guest staying for the duration of the weeklong celebration can be comfortably serviced.

The retail, event, and hotel programs overlap at the first floor with additional retail at a below grade concourse and parking in the sub-basement. Event spaces on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Floors include a grand space overlooking the street above the building's porte-cochere. The 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th Floors contain 36 rooms, including 8 junior suites, positioned around a central atrium.

Careful planning was required to meet zoning requirements, including site covenants. The resulting vertical overlapping of program created an exciting and unique destination.
