This new medical center was developed to support their unique business model of orienting patients around three specific modalities of practice. While rigorously maintaining clinical procedures and protocols the doctors recognized the importance of focusing on the patient's experience to minimize distress and build trust between the patient and caregiver. Each of the three centers has dedicated waiting areas and are designed to respond to the nature of treatment, from consulting to full nuclear stress testing.

In addition to each modality center, separate and private spaces are provided for doctor's offices and technical support spaces. Also included in this facility are a MRI imaging facility and a sleep lab.
