This 10-story, mixed-use structure's purpose is to provide a self-contained destination for Hasidic weddings and their parties while providing all of the amenities and services needed to support their specific religious and community traditions. This facility includes a range of event spaces, food service, and retail so guest staying for the duration of the week-long celebration can be comfortably serviced.

The retail, event, and hotel programs overlap at the first floor with additional retail at a below grade concourse and parking in the sub-basement. Event spaces on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Floors include a grand space overlooking the street above the building's porte-cochère. The 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th Floors contain 36 rooms, including 8 junior suites, positioned around a central atrium.

Careful planning was required to meet zoning requirements, including site covenants. The resulting vertical overlapping of program created an exciting and unique destination.
